  • Shipping times will be affected by public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control.

Note For Taxes:

  • For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK, and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

  • We are excited to offer international shipping to most destinations in the world. The super savings option will take 10 to 20 business days. For faster delivery, we offer Express Shipping Service that can ship to most of the international location in 7 to 12 business days. Unexpected Delays

In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

Tracking your Order 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to show. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at IGTHENRY@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at IGTHENRY@outlook.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Cancel Order

Cancellations are only accepted within 20 hours after an order is placed. Please, if you have to cancel your order for any reason, reach out to us immediately at IGTHENRY@outlook.com if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive. If you have received a shipping confirmation email with a link to view your tracking, then your order has been shipped and we cannot immediately cancel your order. You will have to follow the “Refund & Return Policy”.

Lost Shipment

We expect that our products will be delivered between 7 – 15 days depending on the location. If a product takes longer than 35 days to be delivered and is not going to a Military Base or PO Box it will be considered lost. In the event of a lost shipment, we will file a claim with the shipping company and give you the option of an immediate refund or replacement of your lost product.

Delivered but NOT in your Possession / Stolen Shipment

Lucimora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the carrier states that it has been delivered, but you are not in possession of it, please submit a claim to the carrier and inform us of your claim by sending the claim # and your order # to IGTHENRY@outlook.com. We will file a claim with the shipping company as well.

Return/Exchanges Policy

If your order has shipped and you want to return it, please reach out to IGTHENRY@outlook.comWe accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. For more information, please visit our “Refund & Return Policy” page.

Customs Duties

In some cases, there will be customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We can’t determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. Customs clearance procedures may be required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery time. Delivery time of orders can be extended by delivery service for an indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.

You can connect your PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank account to PayPal for purchasing some of our products. After submitting an order, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction.

2.Enter your card details and the order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Then click “Submit”;
3.Your payment will be processed and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address;

NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Please ensure that it is correct and complete.

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Returns

If your order has been delivered and you want to return it, please reach out to igthenry@outlook.com

All returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped back and in transit to our warehouse within 14 days of the return request confirmation in order to process a refund.

Please note that refunds are processed after your return has been received. Once your returned order is received and processed, you can expect a refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original method of payment. The returned items must be in working condition with no wear and tear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For international orders: Orders with unpaid customs fees are not eligible for return.

To start a return, you can contact us at igthenry@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, we cannot provide free return labels for international clients. International return shipping fees are NOT covered by us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.If the product is already in transit and the customer needs a refund, a 30% refund fee will apply!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at igthenry@outlook.com.

Damages and Issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 5 days at igthenry@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will replace the damaged items or issue a full refund.
